In order to win, each of our neighbourhoods met the criteria of having over 10 verified resident reviews on HomeViews within the year – 50% of which had to have a 5-star rating – as well as maintaining a minimum of 4 out of 5 stars. In other words, we couldn’t have done it without our fantastic residents and their lovely feedback!
HomeViews – the host of these awards – is a platform where residents have a chance to leave a review and have their voices heard, with each one being verified so you can be sure that all reviews are left by people who really live in our apartments.
