Live in the
heart of

Hairpin House is situated in Digbeth, one of the most distinctive parts of the city. Nearby you’ll find cafes, independent shops, cinemas and arts venues. It’s also perfectly situated a short walk from the city centre and local transport.

Epic spaces

We're bored of boring. That's why we made Hairpin House.

Story gallery will be built here on initialization

It started with a pin...

Hairpin House is built on the former Kirby Beard & Co factory.

The Kirby Beard & Co factory was famed for its Kirby hairgrip, or as it became affectionately known - the ‘Kirbigrip.’

We’ve even kept some of the original artefacts for our residents to enjoy.

Kirby Beard & Co went on to produce prestigious items of jewelley, such as the ‘Ducky’ bottle opener which we have on display.

Why living with us
is different...

“The building management is truly wonderful, the whole team is really friendly and welcoming, they deal with any problems speed and caution.”

Victoria, Resident at Hairpin House

“It’s very colourful in the communal areas which is a change from the usual depressing greyness you see with other developments as new as this one.”

Dillon, Resident at Hairpin House

“I arrived from Hong Kong for the first time with our two dogs and not knowing much about the renting system in the UK, I can never forget how reassuring the staff sounded on the phone.”

Anna, Resident at Hairpin House
