\n1 bulb garlic
\n1 red onion
\n4 tbsp butter
\n2 ½ cups double cream
\n¼ cup white wine
\n¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes
\nParmesan
\nFettucine pasta
\n5 or 6 Scallops per portion
\nFresh basil & thyme
\nSalt & pepper

  1. Preheat the oven & roast the garlic:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
