That’s why ila has partnered with Life & Progress, a trusted mental health and wellbeing platform committed to providing exceptional tenant care. The Tenant Support & Wellbeing Service (TSWS) is a dedicated telephone and online assistance programme that provides fully confidential support, guidance, professional advice and in-the-moment counselling. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, whenever you need to use it.
