Mental health and emotional wellbeing affect all aspects of our lives. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Seeking help is often the first step towards getting and staying well, but it can be hard to know how to start or where to turn to. That’s why ila has partnered with Life & Progress, a trusted mental health and wellbeing platform committed to providing exceptional tenant care. The Tenant Support & Wellbeing Service (TSWS) is a dedicated telephone and online assistance programme that provides fully confidential support, guidance, professional advice and in-the-moment counselling. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, whenever you need to use it.
