The Tenant Support & Wellbeing Service (TSWS) is a dedicated telephone and online assistance programme that provides fully confidential support, guidance, professional advice and in-the-moment counselling. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Life & Progress have a team of friendly, trained representatives who can be accessed any time via the Freephone number. Tenants may benefit from simply talking with the service representative, or they may be guided towards more specialist support, including counselling, legal, financial, childcare and consumer experts.
